Pets
- Pets are permitted subject to Mutual rules and policies.
- Rules may include limits on number of pets, weight, and city licensing.
- Pets must be registered with the GRF Stock Transfer Office.
Guests
- Guest visits are limited to a maximum of 60 days per calendar year under the official FAQ.
- Guests must be in the company of residents.
- Guests may not bring pets into the community under the official FAQ.
Improvements and permits
- Mutual approval is required for most unit improvements.
- Permits are required for most work.
- Buyers should confirm patio, carport, garden, satellite dish, and interior-work rules by Mutual.
